one I have thought of many times but I unfortunately get caught up in trying to defend the fact the investigation did find Palin guilty of ethics violations.

We only have the word of the Palin's against Wooten and I find it interesting that Monegan could not find a reason to fire him regardless of the rogue cop claims by the known liars.
