In case you're not joking, I just want to point out that low income people of color and otherwise have a very low foreclosure rate of around .2 percent. And if you think about it (just in case you CAN think about it), that makes a lot of sense. Low income people simply can't afford to walk away from a mortgage, since they will generally have no other place to live.
