It is remarkable similar to Title I, Sections 109 & 110. Didn't he read the EESA? Does he not also know that the Housing & Economic Recovery Act of 2008 includes similar language in its HOPE program? By the way, the H&ER Act also incorporated language regarding regulatory reform from Senator Hagel's Federal Housing Enterprise Regulatory Reform Act of 2005 & 2007: you know, the bill that Senator McCain tries to take credit for.

So, what is new besides his latest stunt?
