I read your letter to Fred.
He said that's just like us.

Many times, when I'm playing potato on the couch, he'll come up to me , look into my eyes and rub my cheek with his paw.
Those of us who are truly into our family members understand what he's saying.
There's unconditional love and, it works both ways.

All my friends know who I am and of my relationship with Fred.
They knew a long time ago that, if they wanted to visit, they are to respect him.
We're straight outdoor guys and, we all get along.

I think a major problem with some guys is that they can't understand and tolerate a cat's independence.
A lot of guys need to be able to control everything and, as we know, dogs have owner while cats have staff.
