owns a french fry company (possibly an East Coast reference),

used to like Letterman,

owns 7 cars like me, oops a bit far fetched,

People have been voting for someone the perceive is "like them" since the beginning of time. It's human nature to pick your friends, your clubs and organizations and the people you date and marry in the same manner. We are a "group species" and we like things to be homogeneous for the most part. Why not mention the people who won't vote for Obama because he's black, plenty of them are out there.

If you only vote on one aspect of a candidate then you are a fool.

But if that one aspect draws you in and then succeeds in getting you involved, then that's good government.
