...I don't think I've disagreed more with Prudie. I'm not a psychology expert, but I am a somewhat restless sleeper and vivid dreamer, and I don't dream of things that aren't on my mind. The more I dwell on something during the day, the more likely (and more often) it shows up at night. I'm sure the LW would like to think that she is over her exes, but if she is, why does she dream of them night after night? I think she needs to be more honest with herself.
