I live on the corner of a street a block away from a convenience store and I find all kinds of litter on my lawn but none of it is cigarette butts. But then maybe everyone is disposing of their cigarette butts in the store parking lot while they are disposing of their other litter on my front and side lawn. But I guess that is exceptable since it isn't cigarette butts.
