Most importantly for the objective treatment of Christianity. A rarity.

But also for shedding light on an obscure topic of great interest (to me, at least). More than any other sub-genre of music, "CCM" (a saccharine haystack in which some jewelled needles may, with effort, be found]) buries, ignores it's past--always a mistake for any musical genre that wants to grow & to avoid stagnation.
