if you read the many articles in the news today. None of those guys had their act together and it was obvious when you read their own quotes or listen to them on TV.
And, strange, I haven't seen Mac pointing any fingers.
And of course, those impatient "people" you speak of, whoever they may be, would expect a magic wand to be waved and all their problems would be solved in a blink, right?
The negotiations aren't over yet. No one at this point has a clue whether Mac will be helpful or not. That remains to be seen.
Whether he goes AWOL or not tomorrow nite is irrelevant to me since I am one person who thinks a resolution to this mess is a helluva lot more important to everyone than a debate that can be held next week or next month.
And I would personally rather see my Senator involved in the job he was elected to do as opposed to being involved in a campaign event.
I find it pitiful that some people feel debates are more important than one's job, particularly in a situation that can have such disastrous consequences for so many.
But what do I know, hey??
