Well, one would think that after being so resoundly wrong twice, the Republicans and Hitchens would become more modest. Unfortunately, they have shown no sense of decency. What is worse is that people still say they are going to vote for the exact same guys. Another 4 or 8 years? Who cares? Speaking about shit, what difference does it makes to be knee deep in it or belt deep? Maybe Americans will stop voting Republican when the level of excrements will eventually reach their mouth and nostrils? I don't know. There is no worst blind than the one who refuses to see.
