Cheating could be virtually eliminated if all students had slightly different test forms that merely scramble answer choices. This is an easily manageable technical issue.

Having a couple of days a year where discipline is absolute causes one to wonder how much better our students could perform if there actually was real discipline enforced in the public schools. Instead, we're told to coddle them, lest someone's feelings get hurt and they lose self-esteem.
