Government under GOP has grown expedentially...is HUGE as is Spending! Under Palin's "leadership" as mayor....government spending increased by 33% and TAXES increased by 38% Conservative GOP deregulation has brought U.S. to this crisis and the borrow and spent thrift ways of this particular GOP administration....which has borrowed U.S. into the biggest creditor nation in history...IN HISTORY!!! Trckle down my aunt fanny!!! The neocon's promised to take U.S. back to the "good old days" before the New Deal.....they at least has kept THAT promise!! right back to 1929! With fast and loose credit....and even faster and looser greed!

One real problem about what you said.

If Conservatives had been in office, spending would have gone down. The fact that spending went up under Mr. Bush and the republicans is evidence of what I have been saying for over 20 years. Most republicans are liberal in that they love to spend tax money and expand their power as much as most democrats.
