I should point out so everyone who does not click on your link clearly understands- you mention that the survey was mailed out to 200+ AEA members. For any given question the response rate was only anywhere from 56 to just over 80.

Also, neither Obama nor McCain was mentioned in that survey, unlike the one I cited, the one where more AEA members thought Obama's economic policies would produce beneficial long-term results than McCain's economic policies. The recent survey I cited is still not refuted by the link you provided.
