You overlook one thing . . . athiests. I do not believe in a Supreme Being. Why? I don't need a Supreme Being to make me feel better about myself. I do good things for other humans and living things, because that's what I want to do. I see all you religious zealots fighting and cursing each other. I cry. If you need the Supreme Being to help you get through life, that's fine--many of my friends are like you. I do not mind that I will not have an afterlife. It's my HERElife that's important. To do what's good and right, RIGHT now! I don't mind that I will become fertilizer for the good Earth when I die. That's the way it's supposed to be . . . it's a good thing. And my job here will be done.
