Republicans kill people. If you vote Republican, you think the people who died in the needless war in Iraq deserved to die. You think the people who died as a result of Hurricane Katrina deserved to die. You think the people who died as a result of eating tainted spinach the GOP-led FDA couldn't be bothered to check deserved to die. You think the prisoners at Abu Ghraib and Guantanamo deserved to be tortured. You think It was fine that that the Bush Administration couldn't be bothered to do anything in response to the memo of 8/6/01 entitled "Bin Laden determined to strike in US." You think it's fine that the Republicans have undemined democracy and the Constitution at every turn. You keep saying "Country First" while ignoring the fact that when Clinton left office the USA really was first, the world's only superpower, while now, after eight years of Bush, we're deep in debt to the world's largest Communist country. You keep talking about spreading democracy and moral values, but in the last eight years Bush's actions have undermined our standing so much that his recent pronouncements on Zimbabwe and Georgia were met with derision and ridicule, while it was China, not the US, that managed to quell the threat posed by Kim Jong-Il.

But of course I'm being sexist, right? Because rich white women have suffered so much and need empowering. Of course I should understand that insulting powerful women is worse than murder. That rich white women are more evolved than all those pesky poor people that the Republicans killed. Do I have this right? That it's immoral and un-American to eat arugula, and and patriotic and American to waterboard people? Is that right?

I can't stand this anymore. This isn't about liberal and conservative, about culture wars, about sexism or racism -- it's about a bunch of murderers and criminals that have sold out our country with our tax dollars. How can the Republicans even talk about morality? Are you telling me that killing is moral, and belonging to ACLU is immoral? Hello? Why are we even having this debate? Why are we discussing how spunky Sarah Palin is? The Republicans are murderers. They have proven through their actions that they hate this country and its values and everything it stands for. They have proven that they're liars. They're the traitors. It's plain as day. America is certainly not first for them, despite what they say. The country is worse in every way than it was eight years ago.

Of course they're going to insult me for saying this and call me an elitist and God knows what else. Why should I care? They're criminals. We have to stop getting sucked into this discussion over how much respect Sarah Palin deserves and look at the big picture. We don't have time for this crap. There is too much at stake. This is very serious business. November's election may be the last chance Americans have to save our country. I know Obama isn't perfect. But he's not Republican. That should be good enough for any voter who actually does care about this country, actually does have morals, actually does care about what's best for women's rights. The stakes are too high for us to be talking about lipstick.
