When you get on this link, left click on Pharmacist in the Blue Bar above then scroll down to " Pharmacist Oath and Code of Ethics and left click on it. Both are there to view.

Now if you notice Degs ( not that you are capable of reading it ) no where in this oath does it say it requires the Pharmacist to set the patients naeeds and cultural beliefs ahead of thier own. But it does say " A Pharmacist has a duty to tell the truth and act with conviction of conscience. " So if they feel they are killing another then they have a right not to dispence this drug.

Once again you won't answer what you and your party is going to do if the Senate stays the same ( 50-49-1 ). Yes Lieberman has been around 50% with the ACLU, but that has been because of his recent stance on the war. We can could go on and on about the Growers and CATO but why bother for you are the type of person that if I said the sky is blue you would argue that it is black. The fact is he is now an independent and would not be if your party tried not to get rid of him for his stance on the war. Before the war he leaned towards the liberal ideology. May be why he was Gores running mate. As it is, you have your party to blame. For they will never allow someone to have a different view from them.

So are you going to answer what are you going to do if the Senate stays the same. I doubt it.

Now let's talk about the 2nd A. Do you Degsme believe that the average joe has an individual right ot own a fully operated machine gun? In pass discussions with you you sure in hell didn't. You said it was more of a collective right and not an individual right. You also said on othe post that Washington D. C. had the right to not allow handguns. so let us see if I can get you to write that it is an indiviual right to own firearms.

So no, conservatives like Scalia, GWB, GHB and even Reagan never believed in supporting the Am2.

The Naional debt also was the largest in Clinton's term. And in order to get there we still needed the Dems vote to do so. Also infaltion ( we must include the world ) helped too. The same would of happen had it been Gore or Kerry held the office. I blame both. Not just one.

So back to the reason we are on this post. No, the pharmacist oath does not say what you say it does and you have no problem with forcing a person to dispence this pill even if they feel they are killing another.
