What are the chances that Biden will "with heavy heart" have to leave the struggle for righteousness because of some family, personal, or health issue?

Then Obama will have to find somebody new to replace him! But who!? Who in this great big world of qualified democrats could he possibly choose?

Right now, I give it 50/50.
