You seem to think you can substitute "middle class" for Ms. Palin's use of "working class" and come out with a draw?

Face it! At TWICE the minimum wage it would take a "working class" person eight years to match Ms. Palin's family's income. The average annual household income in the US is somewhere around $40,000.

Jesus! Are you really so ignorant that you can't see the difference?

I'm not panicked at all. I am somewhat surprised that the republicans did such a poor job of selecting a running mate for a candidate who was already (admittedly) weak on economic issues. If this woman thinks a quarter of a million a year is "working class" she must be smoking crack!
