Palins speech was written by a Bush speech writer and had that canned ass'd timing to a non prompted crowd. Had Pallin given a speech written by someone who had her cadence (like Michelle) then it wouldn't sound flat.

Bush does this too, even when he's talking to a TV he pause out of timing during speechs....it fucks up the flow (puff, puff pass) of the reader if it's not the way they talk.

I'm sorry but this is a desperate sounding talking point. Don't worry though I'm sure moveondailyhuff.org will send you some better ones by morning. In the meantime you might want to go with the "sarcastic" talking point some of the pundits have settled on for now.

She READ good, there's no doubt but it wasn't a Hillary or Biden type speech because it wasn't her cadence and that's why it took half way through the speech for the crowd to catch on.

Hillary used Bushie TYPE speech writers during dem primaries (thx Penn) and she sounded fake their too but when she dumped them during her last speech she sounded fired up.

Palins speech had no fire, it wasn't her...that's a good thing though...it looks like she'd tear into someone if given the chance.
