Well done Niko.

I'm only a first-year law student myself (I'm writing a brief on promissory estoppel right now in fact - if that gives you any law school flash backs) and even I can already see some errors with this "lawsuit".

Further, as I haven't taken Conn law yet, how does this entire "lawsuit" not become moot in the light of Amendment XIV?

See: <link>

"Section 1. All persons born [...] in the United States [...] are citizens of the United States and of the state wherein they reside."

Case closed no? This amendment was ratified in 1868 and should trump any Hawaiian state legislature which existed at the time of Obama's birth should it not?

My gut tells me that neither McCain nor Obama want to open the door on "are we really both eligible for the Presidency" as both of them would really have to go to the mat to defend themselves.

Let's just face it America, our two choices for President had far more interesting childhoods that most of us. That's fine. Let's just judge them on who they are now - believe me, there's more than enough there to discuss.
