Weisberg says that Obama "is charged with playing the race card, or of accusing his opponents of racism, when he has strenuously avoided doing anything of the sort."

The quote I used in the subject line is from Obama himself, pretending to be a Republican in order to demonstrate the kind of tactics the GOP would use against him.

Obama has also stated on more than one occasion that Republicans would remind voters that he doesn't look like all those guys on our paper currency--you know, all those WHITE guys.

So much for strenuous avoidance.
