Anarchy is the extreme extension of libertarianism, not liberalism. Anarchists believe in the right to withdraw all resources from society with the understanding that they will not benefit from society's contributions to the general good.

It is an impractical philosophy since no citizens other than complete hermits can avoid the benefits that society bestows, such as roads, emergency services, defense of the homeland, law enforcement, the list goes on.

However, it is nonsensical to refer to "progressive philosophy" as a becoming "anarchistic demogoguery." I think you don't know what these terms mean. A progressive or liberal is the opposite of an anarchist.
