Recently, on a trip to Africa, I was faced with a charging rhino. As he beared down on me, I figured I was a goner and all that would be left of me would be a pile of shredded flesh. So that who ever found my remains would know what happened to me, I pulled out my camera to document what was about to be my certain death. The rhino stopped in his tracks, peed all over himself, and took off running in the opposite direction, only pausing once in a while to look over his shoulder at me. I continued to snap photos, and after each click of my camera, I could hear his crazed bellows in the distance.

That sound haunts me today. I will never take another picture in the wild.
