Per Dr. Drew -- until this guy is in 12-step and talking to his sponsor more than daily, he's not getting his addiction treated. And until he's in treatment, you're probably not being harsh enough on him. To whoever referenced Dr.Phil earlier in this thread - phil is not a doctor, he's just a promotional showman. Take his advice at your own risk.

But aside from all that - get therapy yourself to deal with the codependency issues.
