W4B,I was watching Baton Rouge TV last night and they showed 34 homes in metro Baton Rouge priced over one million dollars each and vacant for several years and they stated payments would be 20K per month.One was a dr who divorced and declared bankruptcy so you get the gist of my report.

Clear Channel is similar.They picked the plumbs and rather than umi shue or plum wine they found undistilled plum vinegar and the last I looked vinegar was wwaayy cheap..

Clear Channel stock dropped so low they went private a couple of years ago and love to dream their stock is worth 34 bucks a share..haaa..
