Now the Cartell prospers in the same fashion as the Bank prospers when one bounces a check. In the end does it really matter if it was by accident or reckless disregard?

If an honest mistake, one can call the Bank and pleads one's case for mercy. However, when it comes to the formation of another's life, now one needs no consideration, one can simply apply the knife.

This focus tells one a great deal about the mentality and approach of how one views their existence. In my book, this is indeed sad and reckless when contrasted to the barometer of critical thinking and to beauty which we as a species intend to acclimate.
