I think it would have been perfectly acceptable if they hadn't said something like "and distinctly for 100k+ people." A website that lists only 100k+ jobs saves people time. But it's not logical to be for only 100k + people--what about the 99k people who are moving up in their careers?

Adding that line was unnecessary.
