Fact: Ambassator Wilson was sent to Niger by the CIA to find out if Saddam was trying to purchase yellow cakes for nuclear weapons.
Fact: Ambassator Wilson gave this information to his handlers and the VP.
Fact; Ambassartor Wilson's wife was outed by the White House.
Fact: Dick Cheney's Chief of Staff, Libby was convicted of Obstruction of Justice about the outing of Valarie Plame.
Fact: Outing of a CIA operative during a time of war is a capital offense.
Fact: When Libby was about to go to Federal Prision for lying about the outing of Valarie Plame, the President gave Libby a "partial" pardon preventing him from going to prison. This shut Libby up. There was no incentive for him to spill the beans on his boss.
Fact; Specific Judges were put in strategic positions and when a civil case was introduced by Wilson/Plame, the Federal Judges squashed the lawsuit. Stearing the case to specific Judges shows that firing non-neoconservative and putting your friends in their places alters the outcome.
The fix was in and it worked.
