On a more serious note, the issue nobody has raised here when discussing the propriety of Rosen's article is that 20,000 regular Bulletin readers were reading the barely warmed-over prose of other authors, with no acknowledgement at all in the paper that this was taking place. That's news, no matter how you slice it. Rosen would doubtlessly be right to feel aggrieved, but even that pales in comparison to the mass of readers who have been lied to.
