Recently I've been in discussions with neo-cons upset about the John Edwards affair not getting much pub in the "liberal" media. Yeah I know, same old worn out cliche's.

Of course this one's too easy. As long a piety spreaders like Lindsey Graham go around pretending they're better human beings than the immoral lefties, well then, they become much bigger targets. Their "flame outs" are much more spectacular. Their falls are harder and the thud is much louder.

Watching someone like Lindsey Graham go down in flames would be very entertaining. There's the defiant stage, like Tom Delay, where they go on the offense and claim it's the "liberal" media trying to defame an honest man of gawd and a true patriot of the USA. Clarence Thomas used defiance effectively, but it was so over the top, everyone knew he did the pubic hair stuff with Anita Hill.

It's quite comical watching the moral right try to explain gays in the conservative party. Watching conservatives throw Larry Craig and Mark Foley under the bus was fascinating. Newt Gingrich and Ralph Reed were fun. Trent Lott was another loud mouth getting it handed to him.

Come on Lindsey, you seem to be right wing piety right now. How about some skeletons getting out and taking ole' McSame down with you. Too biased? Oh well, you have to admit it would be crazy fun for us immorals.
