Georgia started this fight by sending troops to crush rebellion in two provinces both of which want to break away from Georgia. If Kosovo can break away why cannot these two provinces do the same? The interesting question is how complicit the US was in this adventure? Where was the CIA when Russia began moving troops? Putin seems to have played smart by attending the Olympic Games opening in order to divert attention. Or was the timing coincidental?
