Vespa, take a walk

The simplest solution here is to walk. That is why you are blessed with two good feet and legs.

In my younger years, I lived two miles from the hospital where I worked as a nurse. Every day, I started out about an hour before I was to clock in for duty, and walked to work. It was relaxing and I enjoyed the scenery as I walked along. It did wonders for my weight as well. Than, when I signed in for my 8 hour shift, I was still running in high gear. At midnight, going home, I would use the public transportation or one of my co-workers gave me a ride home.

I did not own a car in those two years. It was either by foot or public transportation.
