Spiker, didn't your daddy tell you about the birds and the bees? A man can chose to have a child or not by not using or using contraceptives (condoms, sterilization, advocating for more research on the "male birth control pill," and last but not least, abstinence?).

As to alternatives for a woman who has been raped, hospital staff under this law would also have the right to refuse to help a rape victim.....
