Poor amerikafirst. Since when do liberals=communists? Since the Republicans gained control of the government and pushed it's agenda of laisse faire capitalism, lower taxes, globalization, etc. etc. This confusion is unfortunate for Americans. Government programs that look after its own people is not the Great Satan. And taxes which are used to fund government programs are not the Great Satan either. As a result of this dumb confusion of liberal=communist, America is the only Western democracy that still has no medicare for all its citizens. Americafirst, you have no idea what a Left party really looks like. The New Democratic Party of Canada and the Labour Party of Brittain are 2 fine examples of Leftist parties. The US has no political party or any politicans on the Left. McCarthiism and the Black List did a fine job of killing off the Left in the 50s. The 60s student "radicals" who leaned to the Left moved on in the 70s, so Obama is hardly a Leftist. He's a Liberal who is moving more and more to the centre.
