A western journalist finally gets to ask an actual person of authority in China about the 3 Gorges Dam and that's what she asks? How about: "How does it feel to destroy the lives of millions of people, drown an entire civilization, and wreck one of the most beautiful river gorges in the world?"

My guess is the answer would be something like, "It feels almost as good as having the world's most powerful corporations and leaders line up to give me blow jobs while I thumb my nose at them. And would you like to be next?"
