I think it's one of those weird Christian ways of stating, unnecessarily, "I believe that what I believe is the truth."

Yes, we know you think that no matter what they believe, everyone will go before God, who will look at our lives, shake His head sadly about how we were sooo imperfect (especially that one time, you know what He's referring to) and He just wanted to love us after all... and then send us to the appropriate place decided on whether we believed in Jesus properly. We know you think that's "The Truth" and it makes you feel all awesome and peaceful when you think about it.

(I feel a great peace in my soul when I think about chocolate.)

Either that, or it's the equally unnecessary observation that every religion can't be right, and either we all go before God for the judge-y judgement, or we all get reincarnated according to karma and dharma and such, or our individual identities all disappear and our bodies decay and become part of the earth again, or we all become one with the cosmic consciousness, or whatever.
