Sorry, there was one more major commercial airline incident since the one I mentioned earlier: a Delta Connection (ComAir) CRJ-100 crashed in Lexington on August 27th, 2006. Two of three crew and all 47 passengers were killed.

Also, I got the date wrong on the US Airways crash. I was reading an erroneously dated old article from CNN. The real date was January 8, 2003.
