can't speak for the initial poster, but the frustration that i sensed in reading the post related not specifically to ANY viewpoint, but to the fact that locked-in thinking (on the entire political spectrum) is foolish, wasteful, polarizing, and gets us nowhere. this world is too complex for black and white, im right-you're wrong tit for tat crap... and the sooner we come to grips with the notion that the problems we face cannot be solved without compromise- the sooner we can work our way out of this deep, deep morass.
