"1) What makes you say that Iraq was a state bent on exterminating the United States?"
Every television and press conference from Saddam includes vows of vengeance and murder. Quotes from Saddam, found in approx. 10 seconds:
"[O]ur striking arm will reach [America, Britain and Saudi Arabia] before they know what hit them."

dbguy: "I'd also point out that unlike Iran, the U.S. does not share a border with Iraq."
Umm, my geography might be a little hazy- which border does the United States share with Iran, Florida?

dbguy: "in between the time that Iraq used WMD's against Iran, and the current occupation of Iraq, we fought another war against Iraq, wherein they did not exterminate the U.S. and only used so-called WMD's against us sparingly, if at all."
Ummm, so the fact that you aknowledge Saddam used WMD on other countries, his own people, and US forces is an argument against the United States and her allies leaving the state of Iraq to its own devices when it comes to minding thier own international business?
I can't be the first person to have extreme trouble taking you and your "argument" seriously, can I?
