I am saying we have a chance to turn a corner with this region. Of course more dialogue is necessary. But it is not wrong to have expectations--such as that terrorism is not acceptable, it should never be acceded to, and those who support it should be dealt with in no uncertain terms.

I would agree with you however that our terms, and our example, have been rather uncertain in the past and require correction.
