is not mentally stable. Why didn't you leave him? Get a restraining order right away? Call the police if necessary? No, instead of dealing with your own situation, and the guy you chose to be with, it must be all men's fault.

So let me get this clear, men in general should have no rights to see their children because you have mental health problems and you chose to be with and stay with an abusive man? Is that your argument?

Its amazing that this kind of stupidity has been infused into the US legal system. So much for blind justice, all men should pay because you decided to stay with an abuser.
