You gys can't be that stupid? Can you?

Please guarantee that all oil produced offshore will be brought to American and refined so to ease our dependence on foreign oil? Also please guarantee thast the amount of oil produced offshore will have a profound affect on our gasoline prices?

If you can not with certainty say these things will happen, why are you wanting to use that oil up?
