You just have to kill enough. And false borders and bad RoE's that don't let you take the war to the enemies' capitol will effect that more than anything else. Had we utilized open warfare and openly and often attacked Hanoi...we wouldn't have "lost" Vietnam.

I'd also point out that an aircraft that has ordinance hanging off the wings as the video shows of the "new" Chinese "stealth" aircraft is depicted...ain't a "stealth". The raptor's ordinance is INSIDE the aircraftand thus remains "stealth" until firing.
