What I'm claiming is indeed radical: I'm claiming that some "foods" are actually not food at all. You shouldn't have a choice to market things as food if they are in fact mostly fat and high fructose corn syrup and offer no nutruitious benefit at all.

Regulating or banning fast food is not "banning meat" because fast food burgers are not meat. They are fat, high fructose corn syrup, synthetic meat scent, grisltle and trace amounts of beef that have been fed on other beef.

So it's not a matter of getting all worked up about "choice" -- it's more about restricting the marketing and the labeling of edible items that are actually slow poisons.
