Due in part to my past friendships with some stationed and retired around the Capital Beltway, I on occasion hear some stimulating conversation.

Most seem to agree with Tyrtaios's discourse that our hurried invasion, and subsequent occupation of Iraq, did have detrimental consequences on our ability to address, fully, the world wide war on terror.

I was curious how you would characterize otherwise?
