It's still the government oversteeping its bounds, maybe not its legal bounds (you can certainly make a law that bans strip clubs in certain areas) but it's still wrong and authoritarian, as are blanket prohibitions like the War on Drugs. Like it or not, the US is turning into a nanny state. I fucking hate it but what can I really do? Too many people support giving away their freedoms and taking them from minorities they try to "protect".
