By banning restaurants, the government is reducing choices. I know don't have the option of going to a fast food joint, because THEY'RE FUCKING ILLEGAL! There is not way this increases choice; banning things only restricts choices. Now, if you don't want people to go to fast food joints, be honest and say so but don't so that this measure increases choice.
