You are right, healthy absolutely does not necessarily mean organic. I am sticking to Ms. Maduka's Whole Foods point. Whole Foods almost exclusively sells organic food. The fact is, people choose to go to fast food restaurants and that is up to them. They can choose to cook at home. The point is, that's their choice, not mine or Ms. Maduka's or L.A.'s.

I have to say that I am a fan of New York's decision to require restaurants put the number of calories on their menus. The consumer can make their own decisions fully armed with the facts.
