Please don't mention Europe. There are fine health systems there (in fact, last I checked, the French health system was the best in the world. THE WORLD...) But they are very different systems and that is not talking about the individuals who are the physicians or the health professionals - nurses, technicians, etc. Physicians still do make house calls and following up on a patient is a personal visit, not getting a report from someone else.
