I also noticed that she only mentioned classes, so I googled her before I entered the Fray. Here's what I found, from her biography at Legal Affairs, at which she was formerly the senior editor and is currently a frequent contributor:

"She graduated from Yale Law School and worked as a law clerk for Judge Kermit Lipez of the U.S. Court of Appeals for the First Circuit."

Yea, she knows what the heck she's talking about.
